1. What training options do you offer?

We offer training through our FlexFit plans, which are primarily 1-on-1 personal training. Seasons may also be used for Virtual Training, sessions may also be used for partner training. We also offer small group classes and HYROX-specific training, available in both individual and group formats.

Each plan includes a set number of sessions per month (depending on the plan). Sessions are allocated monthly, with rollover options available based on your membership level.
All FlexFit plans (only commitment tier plan) include a missed session rollover feature. If you don’t use all your sessions in a month, a limited number of unused sessions will roll over to the following month based on your plan. Rollover sessions must be used within the designated rollover period or they will expire.
Yes. Sessions expire at the end of each month for most plans.
Yes. Weekly session limits apply to Core, Prime, and Elite, and Elite+ plans to manage capacity and recovery.

Yes. Guest passes are included in all plans, with higher-tier plans offering additional passes. Guest sessions must be booked as partner training.

Yes. You may freeze your plan if needed. Some plans include a free freeze, and additional freezes are available for a small fee.

Yes. All FlexFit plans include a virtual training option if you’re unable to attend in person. We also offer online coaching plans for clients who train at their own gym or at home, as well as in-home training options for those with a home gym who prefer coaching in their own space.

No. You do not need a separate gym membership to participate in FlexFit training. All sessions are conducted in our facility and virtually, and your plan and your plan includes access to the equipment needed during your scheduled training sessions.
